It’s been a quiet week for China news with the country’s week long New Year holiday ending today. This weekend is a working weekend for government organizations and many companies, so the Year of the Rabbit will really get going next week.
Our Phrase of the Week is a new use of an old phrase which our columnist Andrew Methven is translating as: A bumping porcelain piggyback scam (碰瓷 pèngcí).
